This stylish abode is nestled in the Woodstock neighborhood, is within walking distance of Reed College (10 mins), and is less than two blocks from the famous Keeper Coffee Co. Walk or drive to nearby bars, restaurants, shops, parks/playgrounds, and four grocery stores (Trader Joe’s, New Seasons, and 2 Safeways) on Woodstock and Powell.

The space includes 1 bed/1 bath with a full kitchen, dining/living room combo, a private bathroom with a fabulous soaking tub, and in-unit laundry. Due to the location, the entire apartment naturally stays a comfortable 68-72 degrees year-round and gets beautiful afternoon sunlight through the West facing windows in the living room and bedroom. Guests have the ability to use the in-wall heaters or a standalone A/C unit (upon request).
The bedroom has a queen-size memory foam mattress, organic linen sheets, bedside tables with reading lamps (+USB charging ports), and a 5-drawer dresser. The closet contains hangers for your clothes and a shoe rack. For larger groups (3-4 adults), an additional queen-size luxury air mattress is available upon request. Extra pillows, blankets, linens, and towels are available. If you are traveling with little ones, we have a full-size crib, a pack'n play, a bedside bassinet, and a high chair for your convenience (prior notice required).
The living room boasts a 65-inch smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Prime, Hulu, YouTube, and more. Cozy up on the velvet couch and peruse the selection of curated PDX-specific culinary guidebooks or dive into a classic novel.
COMING SOON: Private backyard access with propane grill, fire pit, hammock, partially shaded lawn, blueberry bushes, and fruit trees (plum, apple, and fig).

*This basement apartment is located in our family home. We try to be mindful of our movement in the main house between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Guests are not required to adhere to these hours (noise does not carry up from the unit). We provide a sound machine and fan in the bedroom for your comfort. During the day, guests may occasionally hear footsteps, creaking floorboards, or the voices of small children in the home and outside in the yard. Please let us know if you have any suggestions or requests to make your stay more comfortable.
