This is two lofts in the same building rented together. The first loft is located on the second floor and has 3BR/2BA. The second loft is located on the third floor and has 4BR/2BA.

Both lofts feature a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and a spacious living area where you can gather with friends before hitting the town! This inviting space also offers seven comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a queen size bed, flat screen TV, luxurious linens, a dresser, closet, and an iron for your convenience, as well as four full bathrooms. Two parking passes are provided, and if needed, there is ample parking available directly across the street for $25 per day. Experience comfort, convenience, and an unforgettable stay at our delightful downtown loft.

This loft is located in a mixed use brownstone. On the first floor there is the beloved Zelda's restaurant, known for serving quality seafood and steaks in a lively and inviting atmosphere.

Summary: We were a party of 13 adults all 27-33 age range in Newport for a wedding, and it was the perfect accommodation for the weekend. The spaces were incredibly easy to “check in” and looked exactly as pictured. Honestly we were all shocked with how large the spaces actually were, pictures don’t do it justice. We parked on the street easily since it was mid October out of “season”. You can walk to anywhere in Downtown Newport, One Pelham was less than a mile away and a cute stroll straight down Thames with all the shops and restaurants. We all said we’d come back here to spend a proper weekend and would 100% book Zelda’s again. When checking out, one of our party forgot their sweater and when we contacted the host to get in since it was after check out time, they were able to immediately open up the code back up for us to come in and grab it!!!! That speed of communication was incredible and our party thought that service was above and beyond. Seriously in less than 10 seconds after sending the panicked note, we were back in retrieving the sweater. It was clean, comfy, updated, and most importantly felt incredibly safe. 10/10 stay, book it!!!!!!
