On the ground floor also an office of 11 m2, a cellar equipped with a second kitchen with hob, fridge, freezer and sink. A 45 m2 garage.
Upstairs, a mezzanine-office, separate wc, a master bedroom with balcony and a dressing room, a bathroom with Italian shower. Two other spacious bedrooms with balconies overlooking the vineyards. Also upstairs is a third bathroom with Italian shower, freestanding bathtub and double sink. A laundry room (ironing board, cupboard). Each bedroom has a fitted wardrobe with wardrobe and shelf.
