In the heart of Cap Ferret, Villa Cycas, a veritable little corner of paradise, is ready to welcome you for vacations with family or friends. Its large swimming pool and bright living room are ideal for moments of relaxation and serenity. Situated between forest and beach, the Villa is just a few meters from the magnificent sandy beaches of Cap Ferret. As the sun sets over the treetops, the setting is ideal for gathering your loved ones around the pool for an aperitif.
Villa Cycas is a two-storey house completed in 2022. On the first floor, you'll find 4 double bedrooms, two of which overlook the pool and all with en-suite shower rooms.
The first floor comprises a large living room, a lounge, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a dining room opening onto the terrace. A 5th bedroom with access to the terrace, a shower room and two separate WCs are also available. There's also a relaxing TV lounge with several sofas and armchairs for a cocooning atmosphere.
Outside, you'll find a terrace with garden furniture overlooking a large swimming pool surrounded by spacious landscaped grounds. A plancha, deckchairs and parasol, as well as a pétanque court at the side of the house, complete the Villa's exterior.
The Villa is less than 10 minutes' walk from the market and the beach at Cap Ferret. Vehicles and bicycles can be easily parked both inside and outside the property.
The stay fees included in the rate cover a welcome kit, the complete provision of bed linens, two cleaning of the villa for your comfort, as well as an end-of-stay cleaning to ensure everything is in perfect condition upon your departure. For each additional week, an amount of €790 will be added, covering the weekly renewal of bed linens and the cleaning service. This amount should be paid directly to HOME ME (for you).
A security deposit of €4000 is required, either by check provided on the day of arrival or by bank transfer received no later than the day before the guests' arrival.
Throughout your stay, your Villa Manager will be available by phone to answer any questions you may have.
