Positive: The receptionist was quite nice & helpful. The self-checkin machine was not working so I rang him.. It's quite late at night but he came and helped me to check in ..

Negative: The self-checkin system is quite unreliable although I followed every instruction but it didn't work and didn't print the key to access so it's quite stressful
