The small Villa MO-MAÂ (35 m²) is nestled in the heart of a pine forest, within a quiet, family-friendly residence — ideal for relaxing holidays surrounded by nature.
Thanks to direct access to bike paths, you can easily reach:
the unspoiled “Les Chênes Lièges” beach in just 5 minutes by bike,
local shops and the livelier central beach in 10 minutes.
The villa is ideal for 4 guests and can accommodate up to 5 people.

Access to the villa is via a few steps.
The villa has been recently renovated and is then entirely on one level.
You will enjoy a fully fenced garden with no overlooking neighbors, perfect for children, as well as a large wooden terrace facing East and South. Two shaded areas ensure comfort throughout the day:
one with a shade sail,
the other with an electric awning.
