This cozy 1901 craftwork is newly renovated with family-friendly amenities. Located in the heart of Portland’s hottest neighborhood, minutes of walk away from prime breweries, food carts, and restaurants in Portland. Perfect location to connect with friends and families with our fully renovated kitchen, explore the hippest breweries & restaurants in town or experience the majestic PNW wilderness nearby.
The house also features dedicated office space and is pet friendly (please see house rules)
The space
Welcome to our cozy, two-story home perfectly designed for family vacations to explore Portland & the PNW wilderness or to work remotely in our full set-up office space.
Conveniently located in the heart of NE Portland, restaurants, breweries, and food carts/trucks are all only minutes away. You will have access to the entire house during your stay, including a cozy master bedroom along with its cute sunroom, and a large queen bed side bedroom, and a separate dedicated office (office is not a sleeping bedroom), and a large backyard with its own covered patio. And yes, we have central AC that keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
Entering the house, you will find the living room featuring Roku smart TV, airplay-compatible speakers, and couch/armchairs that fits 6. To your immediate right, you will find the full set-up office space that comes with a standing desk, monitor (& HDMI cable), and an all-in-one printer. Going through the living room, you will see the newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen. Being a coffee addict, we have our French press, moka pot, and drip machine available for your use. We are also working on adding another pour-over set soon!

In sunny and rainy days, you can enjoyed the covered back patio looking over the private yet extensive backyard fit for bbq, a fire, or just to spend some time outdoor with freinds and families.
Laundry room access is available upon request. Please inquire in advance of your stay.
We have full laundry in the basement and supplies as needed, but please mindful of usage of supplies.
Other things to note
Shoes MUST be removed upon entering the house. Please place all shoes in the tray next to the front bench and use our cleanly washed slippers!
We have 2 parking spots available to the right of the house (when facing the house). The entrance maybe a little small so please becareful.
No smoking of any type inside the house, please kindly move to the front for any types of smoking.
Children are welcome but the house is not childproof.
Pets are generally allowed, but please provide details about your furry friend ahead of booking to ensure its permissible.
No photoshoots allowed without approval.
Outdoor security camera located at the front entrance (top right corner of the front porch) and one facing the parking lot. We also have camera in the basement which we will turn off if access is granted.
