3 Bedroom Condo in Thornton, Campton

Stay at my three bedroom and two bathroom resort townhouse located in Waterville Estates. Come enjoy the great outdoors all year round nestled in the heart of New Hampshire's white mountains.

This multi level condo includes two cozy bedrooms on the first floor with a full bathroom. One has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is no air conditioning on the first floor, but it stays cool even on hot summer days. The second floor is open concept with kitchen, dining area, and living room with a large fireplace together for just hanging out or entertaining. Dining area has plenty of seating. There is also air conditioning on the second floor. The third floor offers a large master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom and an area off the master bedroom with a trundle bed. For extra sleeping space, the trundle bed can be either one or two twin beds or another king bed. There is also air conditioning on the third floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with everything you could possibly need. All bedrooms have a television and DVD player.

Within walking distance of the condo is the Waterville Estates Community Center. Two (2) guest passes are provided with the unit that allow access to the two indoor pools, indoor hot tup and summertime outdoor pools, including an adult only outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, saunas, fitness room, restaurant, snack bar, and game room. Each guest pass allows one (1) person in. Additional guests passes can be purchased at the front desk of the Community Center as follows:
$10 per person per day - weekdays
$20 per person per day - weekends & holidays
$10 & $5 (weekends/weekdays) for children 8-17 & seniors over 65
Children seven (7) years old and under are free with the adult pass
after 6pm, the outdoor bar, deck and lounge are open to the public at no charge

There is also outdoor fun including basketball, tennis, pickleball, and volleyball courts. Also enjoy summer swimming, fishing, and boating or winter ice skating on the pond. Waterville Estates also has its own small ski area on site, Campton Mountain with a lodge that offers evening entertainment on weekends. Also enjoy the trails right from the condo door, for hiking, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing, depending on the season.

No pets are allowed.

Please note:
1. There are several up and down 2-3 step stairs on the walkway to the condo.
2. Waterville Estates is on a mountain. Some of the roads are steep and curvy. AWD is recommended in the winter. If inclement weather is predicted during your stay, use Winterbrook Road in your GPS to come up the mountain to Condo Road, rather than Pond Road and Hodgeman Hill Road
3. There is a camera outside at the entrance in case guests have any issues on arrival

Summary: The place is very clean, we were 4 adults and 4 kids under the age of 10. The condo is very spacious and it could fit all of us. Enough blankets for everyone, the kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need for those who are looking to cook. The kids enjoyed the pools and the Jacuzzi's indoor and outdoor... we'll definitely come back again.
