Kick back in the living room with the fireplace and watch sports on the two large screen TVs, sports lounge-style. Or, watch something engaging on one screen and put cartoons on the other screen for the kids. Or if you prefer, relax in one of the two recliners and take in the gorgeous ocean views.
This newly remodeled (2022) 3-bedroom 2.5-bath house is spectacular with a modern, fully stocked kitchen with a 48” professional gas range and an oversized commercial refrigerator. Cable TV and Wi-Fi Internet are available, too. The primary bedroom, with king bed, is located on the second floor and features a spa-like en suite full bathroom with a handheld shower and rain shower and pebble floor. Enjoy coveted sunrise Face Rock views from bed! The primary suite walks out to a deck with the gorgeous ocean views of Face Rock. Also located on the second floor is a separate half bathroom.
The downstairs has a full bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two queen beds. The king bedroom view is better than any postcard you’ve seen of Face Rock! There is a TV for the kiddos in the bedroom with the two queen beds.
No detail was forgotten on this house—from the picture windows, to the golf bag storage, to the Le Creuset cookware—the owners made sure that every detail lends to the perfect getaway for golfers, couples, and families. Completed in 2022, this home is by far one of the most modern and upgraded vacation homes in all of Bandon. This is not a forgotten beach house with hand-me-down furniture; it features brand new Pottery Barn furniture and crisp new white linens.
If you’re looking to take advantage of remote work, there are two separate desk areas in the home. Pack light because the home features an in-home washer and dryer.
Beach access is right around the corner at the Face Rock Viewpoint and provides access to miles and miles of the best walking beach on the Pacific Coast.
This home is a short drive to Old Town Bandon, which has a boardwalk of restaurants, galleries, boutiques, and specialty shops. There you can rent a crab pot for crabbing off the dock. Take your catch of Dungeness crab back to Tony’s Crab Shack to be cleaned and cooked. Dinner served!
Within minutes of this home, you can enjoy world-famous Bandon Dunes Golf Resort with its five distinctly different golf courses and fine dining restaurants. The Bandon Stables offer horseback riding on the beach, even at sunset. The West Coast Game Park Safari is just south and offers amazing educational and animal experiences. A little further south you can explore the historic Cape Blanco Lighthouse.
