Summary: The owners were really lovely people and a pleasure to deal with. The property was in a great location for access to all local amenities and tourists sites. The house was very spacious and had lots of storage space, including a garage to keep the bikes and roof box. The gated driveway could easily fit 3 cars. The bedrooms were located at the back of the house, making them quiet and the beds wee very comfortable. The house itself could have been better equipped in the kitchen (more mugs, large glasses, can opener, useable cutlery, chopping board) but was perfectly functional for a family. The pool was a 10 minute drive away at the owners other B and B property. The pool was huge, the children had lots of fun, but it needs a jolly good clean! The children couldn’t really make full use of the large garden st the house, due to its structure/layout. We did, however, eat out on the patio every evening. We brought our own DVD player, which needed a yellow S-video cable. You will need to provide your own bed linen and towels or rent them from the owner. Overall, it was good value for money.
