The main floor has two bedrooms, full bathroom, gourmet fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room, and spacious living room with original pocket doors and sleeper sofa to create a "fourth" private sleeping area. Original hardwood floors throughout the entire house! The oversize, newly updated kitchen features high end appliances, large granite island and French doors that lead onto a spacious, private deck with outdoor furniture. The house was recently remodeled to include an updated kitchen and bathrooms along with a new furnace and plumbing, so you'll get all the comforts of the new and charm of the old!
