Summary: second stay at this property. We rented both units and prefer the lower one since the deck is covered. You don’t get beach views but shade is worth it for drinks in the evening. It’s a nice turnkey place with everything you need. Nice TVs, comfortable beds and most importantly perfect location. Steps from beach and close to boardwalk but in quiet area with access to everything. Landlords are very responsive if you run into any issues. Perefect for our family of 4
