Kitchen: All new appliances and kitchen island with storage. Stainless steel refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Small Appliances: Drip and Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, and large crab pot.
Only five steps on entire property leading from driveway to front door.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
Master Bedroom: Queen size bed with two dressers. Nook by windows with large comfortable chair and table to read or work.
Master Bathroom: Master Bathroom off of Master Bedroom. Spacious stand up shower, two sinks and toilet.
Second Bedroom: Off of hallway. Queen size bed, dresser, closet.
Third Bedroom: Off of hallway. Queen size bed, dresser, closet.
Second Full Bathroom: Off of hallway. Spacious stand up shower, sink, toilet.
OTHER SPACES:
Second Living Room off of dining room (no door). Large smart TV and couch that turns into Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Located on county road. Large parking lot/driveway on the front of property. Back of property is a large field with a tree line separating field from Hwy 101. Neighbors to the north are separated by a line of trees. Neighbor to the south on opposite side of lot and view from deck seperated by a storage container on their lot..
LOCATION:
Located ten miles north of Gold Beach in the Nesika Beach/ Ophir area.
WALK TO BEACH:
Nesika Beach is an easy five minute walk away. You will need to cross Hwy 101 which can be busy in the summer but you can coming traffic both way. Definitely supervise children at all times. Beach access is the rest area on Hwy 101 with bathrooms and foot wash. Miles and miles of beach to explore! You can also easily drive to the beach.
DOG FRIENDLY:
Dogs must have prior approval and guests must follow additional pet rules. 1. Additional pet fee of $100. 2. Pets may not be left alone at house. 3. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture. 4. Guests must pick up any pet messes outside before check out. 5. If pets are outside of fence they must be on a leash and accompanied by owner. 6. Small dogs must be accompanied in the yard as they may be able to get through fence.
