If privacy and relaxation are important for you, then you will feel welcome at our recently remodeled Shelton Walker Park Getaway.
Our property is on the edge of the forest with Salt Water views across the street. It's very close to town but in a secluded neighborhood, with very friendly neighbors.
This location provides an abundance of wildlife, especially in the warmer months. Since we are off the beaten path, we see the neighborhood deer, lots of birds, and critters often. On occasion we see Gray Whales, Orcas, Eagles and Hawks.
Enjoy fresh air with views of Hammersly Inlet and the Olympic mountains from our new deck.
The sleeping options include 2 bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a full bed. The upstairs finished attic space has a twin bed. The living room offers a sofa bed (with blackout shades). All beds have memory foam. See photos for details.
The living room and attic room have large Roku TVs for watching your streaming channel subscriptions or the free Roku options. There are BluRay players in the Living Room, Queen Bedroom and the Attic Room for watching our assortment of movies. The upstairs room also has a classic Atari game console. The Living Room, Kitchen and Bathroom are very spacious.
We pride ourselves with providing well appointed amenities like a welcome snack basket, a fully stocked Kitchen and Bathroom, WiFi, A/C (main living area and attic) w/ ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We want your visit to be comfortable and memorable, without the stuffy hotel/motel feel.

Shelton is a famous old logging town. Our home was originally an office and cookhouse for the old lumber mill down the street in the 1930s. It has been remodeled several times since then.
There may be occasional noise from watercraft or trains nearby. Trains run 100 yards away and they are not allowed to travel fast or blow horns near the surrounding neighborhoods.
