You can walk absolutely anywhere in town from this cute, shingled home in the heart of Gold Beach, ideally located just a few minutes' stroll from the beach itself, the supermarket, the harbor, and a number of restaurants and bars. Hang your hat, coat, or beach towel in the entryway and step into the living room to find large windows, a pair of plush sofas, and a flatscreen TV to screen your favorite movies and shows after a day spent on the sand. To the left is a well-appointed kitchen with ample counter space, an eat-in dining table, and stairs that lead down to the basement laundry room. When the sun is shining over the Southern Oregon Coast, you can spend your afternoons outside relaxing in the fenced-in backyard or using the grill to prepare summertime favorites on the front porch.

Everything in town is at your fingertips, including a supermarket (two blocks), Curry General Hospital (two blocks), an assortment of restaurants and bars (a few blocks), and Gold Beach Harbor at the mouth of the Rogue River (half a mile). The stretch of coastline between Gold Beach and Brookings (29 miles south) is perhaps the most beautiful on the entire Oregon Coast, so you'll be perfectly placed for scenic drives on Highway 101 as well.
