The home is just 5 minutes from the Old Mill area and the Deschutes River, 7 minutes from the Old Downtown Bend, and 30 minutes to Mt. Bachelor recreation resort with winter snow sports and summer hiking and biking.
This comfortable home has plenty of room to spread out and relax in the open great-room floor plan, with an expanding dining table, separate pub table seating, and well stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, fireplace, and 55-inch TV.
The living area looks out on a landscaped, fenced backyard with mature growth trees for privacy, outdoor seating areas in sun and shade, BBQ, and fire pit. A large, jetted hot in the garden to enjoy year-round.
The property backs to Stone Creek Park with over 6 acres of walking trails, pump track, skate park, and play areas with swings, merry-go-round, and picnic areas.
The upper level has a spacious main suite with a large walk-in closet, soaking tub, and view of Mt. Bachelor. Two other bedrooms - 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed - and another large full bath surround an open loft area with additional seating, pull-out futon, and 65-inch TV.
The oversized garage has plenty of room to store your bikes and gear and has a second small fridge for extra drinks!
2 dogs max, $40/per day up to $250. No cats or other types of pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
