Safeway (large grocery store) is approximately .2 miles away (approx 10 minute walk the other way) for all your food and additional sundry needs.
Home has three private rooms available, each with a queen size bed. Plus an office with a futon. The West room features full lite door directly to a deck with table/chairs and backyard. The East room features an extra large closet that could be converted to an office/work space if needed.
These rooms on the north side of the home share the large spa-like bathroom (shower over tub) and are down the hall from the inside laundry room.
Fully furnished living room (with smart/WiFi TV), furnished dining room with sliding door to backyard (with hot tub), and newly remodeled, full kitchen with all you could need for cooking, coffee/tea, and hanging out at the butcher block kitchen bar.
