Great and new (2016), spacious home in a semi-private community with POOL and private small park to go for a walk, offers the perfect combination of beautiful and convenient. Perfect for short or Long term stays and either business or pleasure trips. Close to the freeway and a short drive from downtown. You will be right next to everything you need (great restaurants like RIPE, CRAVE, CAFE ITALIA, etc); minutes away from malls, supermarkets, hospitals, Mountain View, hiking trails, top Golf and Indoor Skydiving are just a few minutes away, while UTEP, the Sun Bowl, downtown are less than a 20 minutes away.
You can watch TV with your family in the open kitchen/dining/family room. There is also a TV in the master bedroom. We have reliable, high speed WiFi for you to use, while working remotely or downloading your favorite movie.
The house is furnished with comfortable new mattresses and blackout curtains to provide you with a great night sleep; our kitchen has everything you need to cook a relaxing meal. Kids safe and friendly, equipped with portable crib, high chair, gate for the stairs and a car seat. Our professional housekeeping and management team will make sure that you have a wonderful stay.
