Our house sits directly on the Damariscotta River and is tucked up in beautiful Clarks Cove . This location has a commercials fishing pier which is shared with a local lobsterman and some other recreational use during the summer months . Enjoy Watching the lobster boats come and go and don’t miss your chance to buy the lobster catch of the day .
The house has an open living , dining kitchen area that have spectacular views of the river including a deck with table and chairs off the living room , it has high speed internet, towels, linens, and a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with coffee maker , toaster , microwave and lobster pot . There is also a grill .
Two bedrooms with queen beds and two full bathrooms upstairs . The downstairs game room has pin ball , pool table and retro slot machine . You can access the front lawn right from the game room which also has a half bath for convenience when you hanging out on the lawn .
This location is part of working water front , to local lobsterman in the summer months Lobster boats leave port early. Families are very welcome, for safety children must be closely supervised by their parents on the dock and surrounding areas near water .

Summary: Such a beautiful location and comfortable home. This place has it all! Lobsters fresh from the ocean, gorgeous sunsets, cool breezes and a view of Clark's Cove. Peaceful and quiet, located far away from any neighbors.
