Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The "Holiday" touches were great: "Elf on the Shelf" and "Hot Cocoa" in the lobby were well received by my family. The location of the hotel was very convenient to the UCSB campus where my daughter needed to be by 9am each day. It was only an 8 minute drive.

Negative: It would be nice to have more access to complimentary water. Also the wifi connection to the TV (Netflix) seemed a bit slow. Overall, the experience was great though.

Summary: For the two nights we stayed, we were comfortable and well taken care of.
