Layout:
Single level home with ramp access. Main floor has open living room with woodstove, dining area, kitchen and laundry room. Deck wraps around the front of the house. Master bedroom with king bed and bathroom with big soaking tub. 2nd bedroom has queen bed. 3rd bedroom has twin/twin bunks and additional twin. Full hall bath with tub/shower.
Location:
This home is off of Sandlake road past the village of Tierra Del Mar. The nearest beach access would be a 1-2 mile drive to Tierra del Mar. Whalen Island park, and Sitka Sedge state natural area are both nearby with a fun hiking trails and natural areas. The house is close to all the fun and Sandlake dunes. Pacific City is 4 miles away.

This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night . Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.
Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
