A short five minute walk puts you in downtown Sisters. Close to restaurants, art galleries, food carts, events and hiking/skiing trails.
Central air, gas fireplace, private hot tub, smart TV, two car garage, and fully stocked kitchen with coffee and Kurig included. There is a family room with a Smart TV and a separate living room with a cozy gas fireplace and Mountain View’s!!
The master bedroom downstairs with a king bed and large bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The two upstairs bedrooms both have queen beds. Mountains views can be seen from the upstairs bedrooms.
The back deck has outdoor furniture, relax with a BBQ and hot tub after a long day exploring!
The front covered porch is a great way to soak in the afternoon sun while getting great views of the mountains!
Clubhouse privileges are a short walk away and include seasonal pool and hot tub.
No Pets. Unapproved pets will be subject to a $400 fee
There is an opportunity to see wildlife including deer, coyote, Canadian geese, bald eagles, badgers and a great horned owl that often visits the neighborhood.

Pine Meadow neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is horseback riding at Black Butte Ranch, less than 15 minutes away. The beautiful Metolious River and Camp Sherman is a short drive away and offers one of the best fly fishing spots around. The Deschutes National Forest is just a short walk from the house, with the Three Sisters and Mt Washington Wilderness areas only a 30 minute drive away.

The neighborhood is a wonderful place to walk or bike. There are plenty of hiking/biking trails within minutes. Bend is a short 25 minute drive away. Mt Batchelor ski area is a 60 minute drive and the Cascade Lakes Hwy with multiple outdoor opportunities is also about 60 minutes away. The Hoodoo ski area is only a 25 minute drive from the house. Redmond airport is 30 minutes away.
