Florida privacy at its best on main San Juan salt water canal in Apollo Beach with < 10 min boat ride to Tampa Bay! Watch the birds, dolphins, manatees, and fish jumping while relaxing in the pool at this beautiful paradise home.
Bring your boat (tie to the floating dock) or fish from the dock. Property situated in a great flats fishing location. Apollo Beach/Natural Preserve location offers the most beautiful view of the sunsets in Tampa Bay. <60 min drive to many great Florida beaches.
BOOKING/PRICING (varies as follows based on number of guest and bedroom/bath access):
Poperty Booking/Nightly rates- To make our property more affordable for just 2 guests our pricing is as follows:
- $249/night base price booking includes no more than two guests (preferred).
- additional $50/night ($299/night) booking includes no more than 3-4 guests with providing bedding for sofa bed.
PLEASE do not expect to disregard this policy and show up with more guests than booked or allowed (maximum 4) or with small children (< 13 yrs of age) as we do monitor incoming and outgoing traffic. Failure to follow these occupancy rules will result in immediate booking cancellation per cancellation policy
NOTE: Months of January through March for 2022 are only available for long term 2-3 month Snowbird rental. Please inquire with your request prior booking.
THE SPACE:
Beautiful private view of the water with lots of bird and marine wildlife with great fishing off the dock or in the local flats via boat/kayak/canoe. Quick boat/kayak/canoe access to Tampa Bay and beautiful kayak/canoe mangrove trails < 5 minutes from dropping in a our dock. Located on a quite private cul de sac with awesome friendly neighbors.

Apollo Beach is a very friendly waterfront community. Circles restaurant has live music Thursday through Sunday. Apollo Beach Park/Natural Preserve has free parking and is open from dusk to dawn (Tampa Bays most beautiful sunsets).
