This spacious apartment is located in the 9th arrondissement around the corner from the museum of la vie romantique , in between montmartre, the cabaret moulin rouge, the theater district, the rue des martyrs bistrots and restaurants and the opera district. It is in a pretty haussman style building on the 4th floor with elevator which opens to a picturesque and pedestrian square. At walking distance , several metro lines nearby ( 2 and 13 ) and a large number of bus stops reaching the whole paris ( 68, 95 and 80 ). Around the block you will find all the necessary fresh food shops, a baker and a couple of supermarkets.
The location is safe and convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance to Montmartre and Opera.
It is composed of living room, a dining room a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, two bedrooms ( one queen bed and one double bed) , a full bathroom and a separate toilet.
The apartment comes with free WI-Fi, free cable TV and air conditioning.
The all-inclusive rental fee covers linens and towels.

Summary: Very spacious apartment with 1.5 baths and air conditioning. 4th floor apartment, but with an elevator. Located across the street from a park, and in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Less than two blocks from metro station. Kitchen was a little tight, but we only used it to make coffee and snacks.
