Summary: Staff professional and friendly; however, we arrived at 10:00 pm and there was no room service or bar service available. Front desk assisted but only after noting nothing was available and then finding the card in the room stating to call for bar needs. Many travels including myself would appreciate services for at least 11pm - 12am arriving late from business travel in.
