Recently remodeled 1926 home above Union town with wrap around decks with large living space, including living room, kitchen and dining room to comfortably accommodate 2-6 people. New Hot Tub w/View! Watch the ships travel under the Megler through the two large picture windows in the living room. Share a drink and BBQ on the back deck while watching the sun set, or the eagles and herons fly above. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. Downstairs there is a sauna in the Finnish tradition. Upstairs two bedrooms one overlooking the same amazing view, and both with comfortable pillow-top queen mattresses. Bathroom upstairs for easy access. There is a new hide-a-bed couch in a common area. Home is at the end of a quiet dead-end road, with local traffic only. We have acquired a lodging permit from the city of Astoria. Great walking trail leads to a nice walk to the top of the hill or down a staircase to connect to sidewalks for a walk down to the trolley, to take you and your family to town, or to the esplanade to bike or walk to town on your own. Owner lives in attached apartment in basement.
