Summary: Very short staffed and the staff were quick to tell you that. Very chaotic breakfast so much so we only ate there once and it was included in our rate. The only way to get a table was to clear a table ourselves. On the positive side the hotel is beautiful and the rooms comfortable. If they sort their staffing issues I would return.
