Summary: My mother was in the hospital nearby, and this home became a safe, comfortable place to rest in between visits. From start to finish, everyone I spoke to went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming, comforting, and peaceful. They consistently asked about my mother’s well-being and took care of every detail so we didn’t have to worry about anything outside of the hospital.We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but the owners responded immediately and resolved it without hesitation. Their sincerity and care were evident in every interaction. The level of customer service was exceptional — it truly felt like we were staying with friends rather than renting a house.The home itself is beautiful, relaxing, and full of fun touches. When more family came to visit for a day, everyone commented on how lovely and inviting it was. The location was ideal, just minutes from the hospital, which made an emotionally difficult time a little bit easier.Thank you so much for your kindness and compassion during our stay. This home gave our family a peaceful place to recharge while caring for my mom, and we are so grateful.
