This house has it all - the quiet and peace of the country and the comfort and style of a city residence. Situated in a cul-de-sac with friendly neighbors on an almost 10,000 square feet lot, it allows you recharge and relax. At the same time, it is close to the freeway, only 15 minutes from downtown Eugene, and about an hour from the Willamette Pass Ski Resort.
This is one of the few listings in the area that allows infants - we hope you and your little one have a great stay with us!
THE SPACE
The Urban Sanctuary was recently remodeled (2020-2022) and features a half open floorplan, walnut countertops, marble backsplashes and Brazilian hardwood floors. It sleeps a maximum of eight people: Six in the bedrooms and two on the convertible sectional in the living room.
The three bedrooms:
"The Artist's Room" is a colorful bedroom with a king size bed and a chalkboard wall. Perfect for those who like to get creative before going to bed!
"The Garden Room" features a full bed and is nostalgically themed in 1950s and 60s movies and TV. It is the ideal bedroom for people who enjoy the serenity of a fully backyard-facing bedroom.
"The Allrounder" is a multipurpose room that has a big flat screen TV, a full bed that converts into a couch, a mini fridge and microwave, a desk, and a pack-n-play crib. Whether you want to use it as an office, a nursery, a bedroom, or just cool in some beer and pop some corn while watching the game - you will like its coziness and charm.
The kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a range, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and cooking and dinner ware. The utility room adjacent to the kitchen has a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use.
The bathroom:
Love a good shower? Then you will like this bathroom with its 16 inch rain shower head in addition to several massage heads. Feel the pebble floor under your feet when you come out of the shower - it's almost like being on the beach!
The living room:
The sectional in the living room is the ideal space to hang out and do some reading or to just have a good talk at the end of a long day. A big bonus is the coat closet next to the front door - so you don't need to bring your dusty or wet coats into your bedroom.
Outside:
There is plenty of space for on-site parking in the driveway.
Chill out on the patio deck in the backyard and feel free to snack on berries, grapes, and fruit from the trees. Coming home from cycling in Oakridge or skiing at Willamette Pass? You can lock up your bike, skis and other gear in the shed in the backyard.
