Ty CAYA is a warm and contemporary 120 m² house, set in an exceptional location just 150 meters from Porz Kercanic beach and the GR34 coastal trail. It’s the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends, between land and sea. The house enjoys a peaceful environment, just a short walk from the beach and the most iconic maritime landscapes of South Finistère, including the Raguénez point and its island, a popular spot for shellfish gathering.

This brand-new house, with its refined architecture, offers generous spaces and an elegant decor that is both modern and inviting. The reversed layout of Ty CAYA allows you to fully enjoy the ocean view from the living area located upstairs. As soon as you climb the stairs, you’ll discover a large room filled with natural light, designed for comfort and conviviality. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room form a harmonious space that opens directly onto a stunning wooden terrace. This terrace, an extension of the main living area, offers a breathtaking sea view and lets you enjoy the beautiful Breton sunsets.
The sleeping area, located on the ground floor to preserve the coolness, consists of four bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with an Italian-style shower. It opens onto a wooden terrace shared with a second double bedroom, also facing the outdoors. Two additional bedrooms, one with single beds, complete the space. A large bathroom with an Italian shower and toilet provides comfort and practicality for all guests.
Outside, the house has a small garden, perfect for relaxing in peace and quiet.
What we particularly love about Ty CAYA is its prime location by the sea, the quality of its interiors, and above all, the stunning ocean view, ever-present in the living area like a living and soothing backdrop.
Lastly, the nearby "Tahiti" beach is considered one of the most beautiful in South Finistère. With its white sand and turquoise waters, it looks like a slice of Polynesia—a true paradise just steps from the house.
For even more comfort, our concierge service offers optional bed linen and towel rental at €20 per bed. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: 3 queen-size beds (160x200 cm), and a bunk bed with two single beds (90x190 cm). This option is optional and must be requested when booking.
