Come and discover this charming building (former presbytery) in a pretty garden enclosed by stone walls, which can accommodate a large family (up to 7 people)
Before entering this pretty stone house, you will discover a large garden enclosed by stone walls and equipped with a wooden terrace to enjoy the outside when the weather is fine.
When you enter the house, you enter directly into the large living room. This is composed of a living room with a large old-fashioned fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen and direct access to a pleasant veranda with a lovely view of the garden. This veranda is equipped with a sofa and a large table that can accommodate up to 8 people.
Also on the ground floor, you will find a shower room with shower, a bathroom with washbasin and bathtub, a separate toilet and access to the garage. The garage contains bicycles (3 adults, 2 children, 1 baby seat, some helmets & locks), the washing machine and a large fridge + freezer, barbecue, parasols, nets, ...
The sleeping area is on the first floor. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and a separate toilet. The 1st bedroom is equipped with a king size bed (180x200), large cupboards, mirror, armchair and a beautiful fireplace. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (2 beds 90x200), large cupboards, a sofa bed (130x190) and a small desk. Finally, the last room has a queen size bed (160x200), large cupboards, armchairs and a beautiful fireplace.
For families with children, some equipment is available free of charge: 1 high chair (baby), 1 high chair (child), 1 potty, 1 bicycle seat, books, some playmobils, trucks, puzzles, cubes...
The house is heated by a pellet stove. The stove will be lit a little before your arrival, a first bag of pellets is provided but we do not provide pellets for your entire stay. Pellets are available for purchase at various outlets within a 10 minute drive. Count ~ 1 bag/day.
The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a welcome basket made of 100% local products, a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on activities to do and places to visit!
Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most touristic places of the Pays d'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (possible departure from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or in the Sainte Marguerite dunes, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Kergroadès castle, or the naval museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children you will also find nearby: the 3 curés recreation park, Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, there are magnificent spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
