Downstairs, you’ll find a conservatory-inspired kitchen and indoor dining space that opens up to the peaceful, park-like yard, complete with an outdoor dining area and BBQ grill. The fully equipped kitchen’s got tons of storage, custom wood cabinets, white brick backsplash, and even a library ladder. There’s also a tucked-away powder room, laundry room, and a private bedroom with a Queen size bunk-bed that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Take the floating stairs up to a cozy loft and the two other bedroom suites. The first suite is decked out with Restoration Hardware fixtures, sliding glass barn doors, and a walk-in shower. It has 2 Queen sized beds and lots of natural light. There is a dedicated laptop friendly workstation on this level of the home as well, and you'll stay connected with the high speed WiFi throughout the home, The King bedroom suite has its own special touches like a hand-burnished clawfoot tub, a private balcony, and a spiral staircase leading to its own entrance.
