Summary: Very nice and modern room/bathroom. Very friendly family. The location (neiborhood) is not really charming. The place is not very easy to find (i went in the night, therefore dark and hard to find follow the indications). Otherwise, very nice place, clean. I could use the garden tjat should be very nice in sommer.
