Summary: We are so glad we chose this property for our Reno stay! Photos are accurate - it's lovely - a somewhat older home, but with extremely tasteful/upscale upgrades throughout. It's not an overly large 3 bedroom, but has a very spacious feel. The kitchen is compact, but has a pantry & cupboards, well-stocked with nice dishes & cookware, but also with some empty shelf-space for guests' items. The bedrooms offered above-average storage-space & comfy beds. In short, it's a very well appointed home - GREAT attention has been taken to make it guest-functional, unlike some properties that appear to be someone's over-stuffed second home, where guests' needs are an afterthought. Front door access & the thermostat were both user friendly - praise God! Host Michael is terrific - prompt, attentive, kind and very helpful! We enjoyed walking our dogs around the neighborhood (not posh, but felt safe) & trails, and relaxing around the freestanding fire pit. There is no patio cover, but the house itself provided ample shade most of the day. The backyard isn't overly large, but is fully fenced - a big hit with our dogs. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. Location was great - near the hills, out of the downtown hustle-n-bustle, yet an easy drive to all our destinations. We look forward to returning next year!
