The villa welcomes you in a very spacious open space giving you access to the living room, a dining room with a table that can accommodate up to 10 people. You will find a modern kitchen fully equipped with top of the line Miele appliances (built-in coffee machine, oven, microwave, two warming drawers, two dishwashers, a large refrigerator and a freezer), the natural stone worktop opens electrically revealing a ceramic hob, a plancha, the wok and the sink.
In the living room, a glass staircase leads to the lower part equipped with a wine cellar, a room with home cinema, a fully equipped bar (beverage refrigerator, ice maker, cocktail glasses and shakers), a professional gym and a separate toilet.
Discover our luxurious suites, the master suite offers a surface area of approximately 55m² with a double bed 200 x 200 cm, a large balneotherapy bathtub, a large shower, a dressing room, a flat screen Tv (219 cm) and a separate toilet. A bay window opening entirely allowing access to a private terrace.
Suite 2, with a surface area of approximately 35m², has a 180 x 200 cm double bed, a round bathtub, a large shower, two sinks, a dressing room, a television integrated into the ceiling and a separate toilet.
Suite 3, about 26m², has a double bed 160 x 200 cm, a large shower, a Tv integrated in the ceiling and a separate toilet.

From the living room you can access a separate apartment. This apartment consists of a spacious living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances. One level down, a fully glazed bedroom with a view under the pool with a 180 x 200 double bed and a bathroom with double sink, shower and separate toilet.
All rooms have large electric windows and the heated pool of 15x9m has a movable floor that can be adjusted continuously from 0 to 2.30m deep.
The land is fenced, planted with palm trees and equipped with quality garden furniture (sunbeds, umbrellas) you will also find a fully equipped pool house (dishwasher, barbecue plancha, American refrigerator, sink) and a tropical shower.
A garage for one car and two parking spaces are available on the property. The villa is equipped with all technical amenities, such as central control units for lighting, air conditioning, underfloor heating, audio system as well as motorized bay windows.
