The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, oven, drip coffee machine and fridge with freezer. The first floor has all the bedrooms and its hall is air-conditioned for the year-round comfort of guests.

The art city of Lucca, Pisa, and Florence are about 45 minutes to 1 hour\'s driving distance from here. For those who wish to enjoy the sun, sand and the sea of the Tuscan Coast are located just 45 minutes away from seaside resorts like Viareggio, Marina di Pisa, Forte dei Marmi and the famous Marina di Pietrasanta.
