Villa Madreperla is a newly renovated small villa on a single level plus a large and comfortable solarium with a wonderful sea view, and large outdoor spaces available for our guests. It is situated right in front of the Procchio Gulf, in a quiet and slightly elevated position, surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation.
The property is near the small Guardiola beach. Procchio beach, which is well known for its fine sand and Posidonia, is only 150 meters away. These are ideal beaches where you can relax sheltered from wind; their shallow waters make them also safe for children. Downtown Procchio is just a short walk away. This lively town offers all essential services, a bank, a pharmacy, cafés and restaurants. The beach is equipped with sailing and motor boat rentals, sunbeds and umbrellas, windsurf, diving, cafés and restaurants.
