Villa Fortini is located on the top of a small hill in the beautiful Val d'Arbia, in the province of Siena.
The villa is easily reachable from Via Cassia that connects Siena to Buonconvento.
The road to the property is unpaved but in good condition.
Villa la Rondine, which has been lovingly renovated, boasts a private swimming pool (6 x 12 m), surrounded by the lawn and equipped with parasols and sunbeds. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to mid-October.
The private, well-kept garden (5.000 sqm) allows you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the Val d'Arbia.
Among the outdoor spaces, you will find a loggia provided with a dining table and a lounge area, to relax while enjoying the surrounding countryside.
At guests' disposal also: 5 bicycles, a barbecue and a wood-burning oven to cook tasty pizzas in the open air.

Immersed in one of the most beautiful Tuscan landscapes, Villa la Fortini is located in the Val d'Arbia, just 4 km away from Buonconvento and 17 km from Montalcino.
The nearest village is Ponte d'Arbia (550 m), located along Via Cassia, characterized by the bridge that crosses the Arbia stream, and nearby there is a mill, now converted into a hotel, and a small chapel.
Buonconvento is one of Italy's most beautiful towns, situated along the ancient Via Francigena. Here you can find a supermarket and many kinds of shops (butcher, pharmacy, bakery, greengrocer and ice cream shop...).
Montalcino, known for the production of the "Brunello" wine, is characterized by pristine streets and stunning landscapes. Furthermore, we also recommend a visit to the nearby abbey of Sant’Antimo, an extraordinary example of Romanesque Lombard-French architecture built in onyx and alabaster.

First floor: The upper floor, reachable by climbing some stairs, is dedicated to the sleeping area.
