This dream has come true in this renovated 250 m² airial, located in Soustons, in the heart of the Landes region, on an estate of over one hectare. Nestled between forest, lake and ocean, it's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities.
Our villa, meticulous in every detail, has been designed to offer an unforgettable experience. You'll find elegant, comfortable bedrooms, large, warm living spaces, and attentive hospitality to make your stay a special one. Located in the center of Soustons, the villa offers a tranquil ambience: parties and noise pollution are prohibited.
This old farmhouse, renovated in 2020, has 6 bedrooms, each with private bathroom and toilet, a spacious living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The heated swimming pool, open from May to October depending on the weather, as well as a 200 m² terrace, a wooded park and a pool house with barbecue allow you to take full advantage of the peaceful setting.
The accommodation is divided into two parts. The main house includes a kitchen, living room, dining room, and four bedrooms (two doubles and two quads with large mezzanines), each with private shower room and toilet. A second building, next door, offers two double bedrooms with private shower rooms and WCs, plus a kitchenette.
