The ancient small towns of Scarlino and Gavorrano are just 15 minutes away, which means guests can alternate days on the beach with enjoyable excursions. The villa is situated on the lowest slopes of the hills stretching down towards the sea; the property is planted out with olives and borders on an 18-hole golf course. There is a garden surrounding the house complete with swimming pool (8 x4 m)(15/05-15/09) equipped with outdoor shower, sun loungers and beach umbrella, as well as a portico with table and chairs (and wood-fired barbecue) for dining in the open air. The villa has wi fi internet connection.
