Surrounded by a well-kept fenced garden with lawn, the villa boasts a beautiful pool (6 x 12 m, depth 130 - 240 cm), open from 1st May to 30th September, and equipped with sun loungers, parasols, external shower, and lounge corner.
Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a spacious patio provided with two sofas and a dining table for alfresco meals.
Lastly at guests\' disposal a private parking for 4 cars and a barbecue, ideal for preparing tasty grills with friends.
Internal Description
Villa Penna is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 10 people, has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All rooms except the kitchen are equipped with air conditioning. 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available on request free of charge. Pets are not allowed.

First floor: On the upper floor you will find 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom, divided as follows: a triple bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed) with private terrace and ensuite bathroom (with shower and hot tub); two double bedrooms (including one with private balcony) and ensuite bathroom (with shower).
Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (400.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
