Positive: Comfortable rooms, good location. Good communal areas and breakfast

Negative: No staff available to talk to over the weekend. We had questions about the room as a few things didn't work. We called the number given choosing the option for "if you're checking in today" for out of hours help and no one answered. We also emailed the contact given and sent three messages via booking.com to no response. We called when the office opened again Monday morning and got through but the woman who answered's computer wasn't working. She said she would call back. We still haven't got a response to the call or messages left. Nice place, but would not recommend staying over a weekend when there is absolutely no one to contact if any issues.
