Summary: The house and view are amazing. The location worked well for us. But sadly, there was a LOT of deferred maintenance that impacted our stay. I sent a list of 20 items to the owner and he's working on them. But that didn't help our stay. Luckily we had only 3 couples and were able to change bedrooms since one of the bathroom showers didn't work.
