Our home is on a double lot in inner North Portland’s Humboldt neighborhood and offers 2 comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a newly-renovated kitchen with a full dining room. Take a walk through our charming neighborhood to easily reach bars, restaurants, and cafes on N Williams Ave, N Mississippi Ave, NE Alberta St, and N/NE Killingsworth. Or, take a quick stroll to Piedmont’s Peninsula Park, 16 acres of Portland’s oldest rose garden with a playground, countless heritage trees surrounding playing fields, and an outdoor public pool in the summer.
The house is 15 minutes from PDX, 10 minutes from University of Portland, and walking distance to Portland Community College’s Cascade campus. Easy access to the I-5 corridor make it ideal for visits to anywhere in the Portland or Vancouver, Washington areas.
