A valid driver`s license or state ID will be required for all bookings. We enforce this policy strictly and no one under the age of 25 will be allowed to make a reservation.
For the comfort of all guests, we do not allow pets on the property. If an unauthorized pet is found on the premises, the renter will be asked to remove it immediately and will be charged a non-refundable fee of $500, which may be increased up to $1,000 in some cases.
We have a strict no smoking policy, and any signs of smoking will result in a charge of $300.
We provide a basic set of consumables for your convenience, including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 garbage bag per trash can, plus 2 extras, 1 roll of kitchen paper, some detergent, and 2 dishwasher tabs. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the guest, and we do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all guests. In addition to our cancellation policy, we charge a $100 processing fee for all cancellations due to the amount of work and potential loss of other interested parties.
