On arrival, the gate opens onto a pretty shady garden facing south and arranged to relax in peace.
On the ground floor of the house, one enters a magnificent hall / dining room, very high ceiling where thrones a huge fireplace. On the other side of the room, there is a toilet for the floor, a staircase to the floor and two bedrooms upstairs and a nice room (bed 160x190) and a bathroom.
On the right side of the hall is the fully equipped kitchen and utility / laundry room. South side, a door gives access to a beautiful terrace
On the left of the hall, a corridor leads to a large living room with a fireplace and a small office. A glazed door gives on the outside and gives access to the garden (8ha park) next to the forest, the petanque and the swimming pool (10x5).
Always in the living room, a door gives on the parental room south garden side. It is equipped with a large bathroom with bath and shower.
Upstairs, there are two rooms tastefully decorated. Both are equipped with a bathroom.
