Peace and quiet, nestled on the edge of the vineyards beneath the wooded ridges of a small forest, overlooking a vast plateau of hedged meadows (home to horses and, in season, peaceful Charolais cows) and the verdant Grosne Valley, in the heart of the gently rolling Cluny countryside, on the edge of the Haut Mâconnais region (largely protected as a Natura 2000 site and ZNIEFF area for its rich fauna and flora).
