This incredible mid century modern style home is filled with amenities and located in a wonderful neighborhood just a few minutes walk to Autzen stadium. With the Willamette River just to the south, there are paths and footbridges that are amazing for runs and walks through Day Island and Alton Baker park on the way to campus.
The home provides a spacious open floor plan with a family and living room area each with large flat screen TV's. All of the TV's provide Roku streaming options for your personal streaming enjoyment. In the garage there is some additional seating and a ping pong table for your group to enjoy during your stay. The wireless Sonos speakers are great for your music wherever and whenever you want it.
All furnishing and décor is virtually brand new. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and the other three bedrooms are upstairs. The primary has a king bed while the other two bedrooms have a queen and two twins respectively. There are three full bathrooms with one being downstairs and the smaller two upstairs. The backyard is great for gathering on the covered patio and also has bar seating. Great added touches such as a BBQ, ping pong table, an outdoor table, and cornhole!

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
