Eagle nest on property and otters in the creek. There are a few species of fish in the Beaver Creek, Small mouth Bass, Perch, Crappie, Trout, small Catfish. In the late fall, sea run Cutthroat, and even Salmon, and Steelhead. Nearby nice hotel has discount rates for overflow folks.

The is a completely rebuilt 100 year old Craftsman home. Very nice views from the deck and the benches around the property. There are fruit trees and berry bushes. At night you can see the Milky Way if the sky is clear. There is quite a bit of wildlife including deer and otters.
There is plenty of parking on the gravel driveway as well as room for RVs and tents. There is a 30 amp RV outletand a free dump station in Ranier.
Please park on the driveway. We do not have outside toilets yet.
