Positive: Location, moderately clean room, staff are helpful

Negative: Unclean bed sheets, no hot water, no 24 hour access (front door locked and need to call). Asked if I could leave my luggage there after check out - staff had to call the owner. Owner initially wanted me to pay half a nights rate for keeping luggage
